Meet The Founder

Tawon Green, the founder of Dreams Training Facility, was born and raised on the Westside of San Bernardino, California—a community full of potential but too often defined by challenges. Through football, resilience, and an unshakeable belief in his dreams, Tawon turned adversity into inspiration.

Tawon’s journey began at just 7 years old when he first played for the San Bernardino Hawks. His passion and determination on the field quickly set him apart, leading his team to two Super Bowl victories by the time he was 10 and 11 years old.

He continued to shine at Eisenhower High School, where he led the football team to their first league title in 2013, the school’s first since 1999. That year, Tawon’s leadership and skill earned him the titles of League MVP and All-CIF Running Back, marking him as one of the most dynamic players in the region.

Tawon’s football career continued into junior college, where he served as captain of the #1 ranked defense in California, a testament to his dedication, leadership, and work ethic. His success on the field paved the way to Bethel College in Kansas, where he not only continued his football journey but also earned a degree in Psychology—a field that deepened his understanding of human behavior and equipped him to serve youth on a deeper level.

In 2024, fueled by his passion for sports and his lived experiences, Tawon founded Dreams Training Facility. His mission is to create opportunities for young athletes in underserved communities, helping them develop their skills, build character, and believe in their dreams.
